Just curious as to what people eat throughout the day.. What does your diet consist of? The best way to keep your metabolism fully functional is to consume 6 meals a day. 6 SMALL meals. That consists of: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert.
Now.. We know the MAJORITY of us, who BARELY have enough time to sleep (like myself), cannot stay on this eating schedule. SO, I am just really interested in what TYPES of food you eat, and what you drink.
So, what do you eat and drink from the time you wake up, to the time you lay down to sleep? (And please be honest.)
Example:
When I'm thirsty, I usually drink bottle water. But when I crave something other than water, I will drink Pepsi One (to curve my soda cravings), or flavored water.
As for food, I stick to usually chicken, I HAVE to have meat with my food (or at every meal), except Breakfast, which consists of an orange, and a granola bar. My next meal is around lunch time, I eat a chicken breast sandwich, and some baked chips. Then around dinner time, I sometimes eat pizza (dinner is my most unhealthiest meal for the day), or whatever my parents are cooking, which is a variety of things.
