Help!!

This isnt for me, but poor Opinionated needs help!

Now, he'd prefer not to reformat his computer, because he doesnt know how to save files from it, so...is there any alternatives???

Well, thanks to Aaron's generous help, I can type posts. However, the three problems I mentioned

..Hm...if he had a program like the Nortan anti-virus..
Or something like that...maybe that would help..
Or maybe he could just make a back-up disk and re-format his computer then..
