Your favourite Anime OST's

Sorry if this topic seems rather useless, but I'm also looking for a few recomendations myself so this is probably better than a selfish thread.

So the question is, what are the best ost's you've heart so far?
Here's mine:

01 - Rurouni Kenshin OST's
02 - BECK
03 - FLCL
04 - .hack//SIGN
05 - Ai Yori Aoshi
06 - Anything with Yoko Kanno on it ^-^

RK's one will probably always be in the first place for me. It's perfect; Every single track reminds me immediatly of a certain scene and it fits into it like no other ost managed to do so far. I recommended to anyone, but specialy RK's fans will love to hear it.

BECK and FLCL ost's are the best within the rock genre.

Only anime OSTs I like would probably be Intial D and Gundam Seed OSTs...

I liked Video Game OSTs more.. It's like I(And probably alot of other people) unconsiously memorize every song in a Video Game(RPG).

I'm fond of the Cowboy Bebop OST for exactly the opposite reasons. I love it because I can appreciate it as music, rather than as music from an anime, because I didn't pay too much attention to the show's music.

I know what you mean, most of the times I do the same (FLCL ost for example, I fell in love with it before I watched the anime itself) but it's also a very beautiful experience to listen to a soundtrack after you cleared and enjoyed an anime. For me atleast, makes me feel kind of nostalgic, and that gives a very special meaning to the soundtrack, and enhaces the quality of the music itself, since it has "feeling" by its side ^^
