I don't know if it's just me that does this, but as soon as I have any longer vacation, the time I go to bed drifts later and later, until it's somewhere about 6-7 in the AM. Just wondering if anyone knows a good way of reverting back into your normal timezone with as little jet lag as possible.
Last week I tried some acrobatic maneuvers of revering back: Staying up 'til 5 PM, sleeping 'til somewhere around 3 AM, and staying awake 'til 11 PM the next day, after which I resumed the usual 8-12 schedule. ... Not a thing you pull without some serious lag issues.
So yeah, how about you (if you're the night-owl type of person that is)?
