Need help finding an anime film like My Neighbor Totoro

Hey folks, listen, I need some assistance, i REALLY love My Neighbor Totoro, but I can't think of another anime film like it. So I was wondering if you people knew of such a film and you could tell me, I would be incredibly grateful.

Now, I dont want any posts like "sorry dude, i dont know any films like that" if you dont know any films like My Neighbor Totoro, then don't post, also, Idon't want people posting "omg, i love My Neighbor Totoro" or "why you like My Neighbor Totoro, its a babies film" and please keep it from tuning into a minor flame war, thank you.

I have that movie, its directed at kids but heck I still like it. Its a Miyazaki film, so maybe you could start there, just look for the other movies he's done (and theres quite a few) and you'll probably end up likeing them too. I know I do.

Spirited away, Kikis delivery service, princess mononoke, castle in the sky, Nausicaa of the vally of the wind, those are some of the ones on the top of my head.

Oh, I know id like Spirited Away, but I dont think Princess Mononoke is me cup of tea, it seems a tad violent, but thanks for the suggestions Hatake.

Then try kikis delivery service,sounds like you'll like that, no violence and its a kiddie movie like Totoro.

Im not sure if thats part of the type your looking but Grave of the fireflies is also a good one.

Hmm... Look into other Miyazaki films. Kiki's Delivery Service, The Cat Returns, and Spirited Away are all really good film choices.

Also, Grave of the Fireflies; it's lighthearted, but does have its dark moments.

It's good to see another My Neighbor Totoro fan.

Edit: Almost forgot Porco Rosso. Unlike other Miyazaki films, the main character is this is a man, not a girl. Oh, and possibly Catnapped!; I'm not sure if that's the name, but it's still a cute movie.

There's Only Yesterday,The Cat Returns,The Yamamdas,and Spirited Away.

I would say Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind and Princess Mononoke,but those two do have some violence.(Mainly Princess Mononoke)

Well, if you like animals, I'd try Princess Mononoke, but that does have violence. The only ones I really know of that's not chock full of violence would be Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, and The Cat Returns.

Thanks for all the films, now, the main two im going to look at are Kiki's Delivery Service and The Cat Returns, but i might look at Catnapped! and Grave Of The Fireflies, but again, thank you all for the help.
