He reminds me of Zecks Marquis (sp?) from Gundam Wing for some reason.
Why are his eyes messed up? And as Sagat Said, it looks like a very Cheeful, happy, out of character Zechs.

Yeah ... but I can't get past their hair, face and the clothing.. It looks like him but he's too happy like you said.
Maybe someone stabbed his eyes?

No I know who that is.It's the girl from Ah! My Goddess I can't remember her name but it starts with an M her hair is light brown and her eyes are blue.
PS I know it's not Areith for sure because the bangs are way too long.

Looks like Ed and Al's mom from FMA. I forget what her real name was but when she's a homunculous, her name is Sloth.
Belldandys hair is very different...theres more curls. I said it looked like her sister Skuld...

Nix the "Aa! Megamisama" ideas. The only character in "Aa! Megamisama" who's name starts with an M is Morisato Keiichi. He's a guy.
