Well i have been feeling down latelybut not sure why, well... I need advice that what you might do if you are depressed or to deal with your lonelyness.

Moving (sport) seems to help. Listning music might help too ^^ It also helps to talk to someone you trust about how you feel. You should try not to think about it too much.^^
There are various ways in helping with depression. You can listen to some soft anime music/J-pop music or relax and play a video game that has you calm down or takes your mind off of your depression. You also hang out with your friends, that are cool and will cheer you up. If you have someone you love or like, now it will be a good time to be with that special someone.
Those are the things I do if I were depressed. Think about the brighter side of life and you soon realize that are things to look forward in doing in life!

Do anything to keep yourself busy or moving. If you are busy you don't have time to think about depressing matters

I agree with Lucifer.....
Join a gym or a dojo, excersise, get fit. You'll feel better about yourself, and the act of excersising will release some happy joy chemicals in your brain. Then, next time someone annoys you, you stomp on 'em =)
That'll make you feel better.

And yeah, talk about it..
How about just finding what is making you feel all depressed and solve it. Stop whining and move on.
Or you could just sit somewhere felling sorry for your-self and let life pass you by. Your choice.
You can't get help without helping your-self first.

A.) Get a hobby.
B.) You're not depressed. You're not suicidal. You're just bored.
C.) Get more friends.
D.) Try going outside every once in awhile.
That's all i've got for now.
You can listen to music, go to sleep, go do some sort of activity, or just get over it.

defintley keep busy, fin d something u enjoy doing like playing guitar, paint pictures, write a book, something like a hobbie, work on acheiveing a goal ,like your dream if u have one, im sure it will help

Don't hate me for saying this, but this is what I truely think about the way one looks upon the problem of lonelyness.
It's something that is usually brought upon yourself, and can only be cured if you do something about it. No one can help you with it, unless you take the time to do something about it. Go talk to someone, start up a conversation, make some friends.
It's not often that someone will do that for you, so take it up with your own time to go out of your way to do so.

I just deal with it, usually. I figured out something shockingly simple a few years back; feelings don't last forever. Think about it - eventually you stop being angry. Eventually you stop crying. And, yeah, eventually, you stop being happy, but the cool thing is that you'll always be happy again. I'm not talking about the grand scale type happy, here. I'm talking about those random sparks.
Take this for example. I have a clinicly depressed friend. I've known her since Sophomore year, I believe, and all our shared friends and confessed to me that they can't stand being around her for too long because she's just too unhappy and she just brings everyone else down no matter how they try to cheer her up. You can tell right off the bat when you talk to her what the problem is; she thinks nothing will ever get better. She overlooks the small, good things that happen and forgets the fun things.
Like when I took a bag of M&M's, divied them up and pretended they were at war with each other. And she decided one side was the Jews and the other was Hitler's regime and we ended up smashing them all to bits with the bottom of a cup. She had tons of fun there, but never thinks back on it, instead focusing on all the bad things in her life.
So that's pretty much all the advise I have to give. Ignore the bad and focus on the good. If not the good, then at least the funny or amusing or whatever makes you happy.

Hey , i know a fair bit about depression and all those things , i've been through it and alot of my friends have aswell. You really dont want this to get serious even if it seems small now , i've lost too many people from what started out as small things. Some suggestions could be :Originally Posted by BlazingSoul

I bottled stuff up my whole life , and now i have mood swings severely now and again , i barely sleep properly , paranioa ... man i got the works. So DONT bottle up too much. Vent just enough to stay cool.

I just did what I had to do anddidn't give up. It's always good to do something you like or be with people you know to evade feelings of lonelyness.
Now, I dunno how old you are, but if you're a teen, just relax. You've got your whole life to meet someone and there will always be others who don't ant to be with you. Oh well, don't let that get to you.
Patience is a VERY difficult trial in life, since we all want what we want immediately rather than being able to wait for it at a more feasible time.
Just don't lower your standards for anyone, be what you want to be, and keep fighting. I'm engaged and have been involved with April for nealy 4 years now and I'm almost 24. I only dated one girl in high school. I lived, I found someone, I'm happy.
Don't give up.
