hehehehe ok im in a dilema and decided to turn it into a thread lol
i got a date this weekend and i was kind just wondering besides the movies whats another good spot to take a girl without going bankrupt and no where sleezy like a pub or a bar xD

Well, letsee, I know the dates I loved were when we'd go to Office depot and play Half-life on their lan. Of course that was a few years ago, and I like games. What does she like? outdoorsy stuff? sappy stuff? If the weather's nice, find a park to wander. Try not to hang out in the car or at each other's houses.

I'm kind of a nature girl, so I always love doing things outside. Go 'mess around in the woods' lol.
I'm not hard to please...does she like video games? Maybe you could have her over and teach her how to play some or just kick her butt at 'em. I always find that fun.
Or take her fishing then push her in the lake. I've always wanted someone to do that to me...

You gotta be careful though. There's a nice balance between it all. If you get TOO romantic, you might scare her away.

I agree with Member Name. Try not to make it "too romantic", like don't go for the over kill with that candle light dinner shite. Now if it's not as cold as I got the impression that it was from one of your posts, try a walk in the park, just talking, preferably at night to kinda set a more romantic mood. That's very cheap and if you both like talking can be a lot of fun.

Also you can try -in my opinion the best date- just at your place, on your couch, bowl of popcorn or some sort of snack and just cuddle and watch a movie. Maybe a blanket aound the two of you, fireplace lit; you know, nice . The movie should be eiher a chick flick or something you know she likes, for example, my gf loves Johnny Depp, so "Pirates of the Caribbian" would be a good choice. Or if you know she likes horrors, than no chick flick, rent the excorcist or something.

Lastly, maybe you could just go to a coffee shop, chill there, buy her a coffee you guys can talk and really get to know each other.

All cheap options and are all great dates in my opinion.

But honestly, the date itself doesn't have to be romantic, you do. But always be yourself... it ruins everything if you're not you on the first date.
