Um...NO! It was far from hentai. Sure, there was some minor nudity, and a lot of panty-flashes, but that just makes it ecchi. If it were hentai, it would have to contain pornographic content.
Now, if you are talking about the manga...that does have some hentai content, although it is still not a hentai manga.
