and Pooky - ^_^ I know what the hiring schefule for this forum (or rather, the lack of) is. What I meant was that the stuff I was saying means that you get the 'possibility' of being made a staff member at some point. o_O;; I don't mean any disrespect but I never did say 'be helpful and you get made staff' as in 'do it, and it will happen'. o_O;
