guys and girls and anime fans?

just wondering,do any guys here (if there is many) actually find it hard to find other guys who like clamp anime and manga :/ living in england where anime isn't all that big and clamp anime is very scarce it seems that it's even hard to find girls who like it,i just want to know if anyone's ever had people looking down on you for loving girly anime (and sometimes crying at the sad bits >_>) same with girls and watching mech anime or anime that seems to be more turned towards guy's.

I get looked down on for liking girly anime all the time but I just stopped caring what they think. I never cried in one of them though.

CLAMP has some of the best artwork out of all currently-published manga artists, and has an amazing ability to create stories. I will say that I do not watch a lot of shojo anime(or read shojo manga), but there are series that have caught my attention. If you live in America, it seems to be very difficult to find guys who like shojo anime or manga, as it is nearly impossible where I live. I will admit that being a guy does make shounen manga more interesting.
