1.) From what I've seen on this forum, yes, spoiler talk it allowed. You can always use the spoiler tags. It would be best to let people know ahead of time that there is a spoiler in your post/topic in case other people don't want to know.

Ex.

[spoiler.]value[/spoiler]

2.) I'm not sure where Elfen Lied would go, but from what I saw in the forums (and from the search results), it looks like it would go in General Anime and Manga. However, you should get a second opinion before you start posting about Elfen Lied. ^^;

Get rid of the space in the first part of the spoiler tag. It should look like this.
[spoiler]

3.) The Donate thingy is an option where you can give someone rupees. It's the money system on this site. You can't give someone more rupees then you have though.
