OK guys I want you to tell me who you think is the freakiest person in anime.
As for me I would say that girl with the pink hair that always carries aroung the bass. (sorry I dont know her name.)

I believe your referring to Haruhara haruko (kind of redundant sounding) anyway if I knew her in reality I think I’d have to kill myself......before she did.

Excel Excel from Excel Saga. I think she's just a tad bit crazier than Haruko.
Eikichi Onizuka from GTO. The dude falls from buildings, gets hit by cars, cheated death countless times, and still gets back up on his own two feet!

I was about to post that Onizuka is pretty much crazy too. He is also have a sane moment in the series though.
Another person I think is pretty crazy is Ed from cowbpy Bebop. Not that it's a bad thing though. ^__^
