are you talking about jail or prison cause there is a difference between the two? I'll just go with prison.
You dont break out of prison...unless the same thing that happened on cops happens where a buldozer I think it was crashed down a prison wall and a ton of criminals came running out, but they were all recaptured in like 30 minutes so its pointless...
