Any fans of elpihn lied out there?

Despite a slapped together ending I really enjoyed this show. I thought it was just a fun show, well as long as you don't mind a LOT of violence. Any other fans out there?

I read most of the manga a while back, but never got around to the ending. I like it, perhaps it is a little to violent, but it was good. Unfortunatly I never got to watch the anime, as I was too busy with others. I believe [Adult Swim] licensed it recently. Depending on how good the dub turns out to be, I may watch it.

Getting it on the air is going to be tricky, since there is a lot of nudity in the show.

Ooou, Elfen Lied. I adore that series. ^^; Although, I had no idea that there is a manga.. @__@; I think that the show is such an awesome Sci-Fi anime, even though I've only seen about ... 3 episodes, I just adore it. ^^; Plus, the first episode.. WOW.. I thought it was amazing. Probably because I had never seen such an awesome first episode. The music is my favorite part of the whole anime I think. LOL, I know that sounds weird, but It's so haunting. o_o; Like the opening song, I think it is.. It's soo wonderful.. Eeh, I'm getting Goose-bumps just thinking about it. (xD)

Even if there is a lot of nudity, that's beside the point. This anime is not one of those hentai-like animes where icky guys can get a rise out of just because some girl shows her butt. >>; It's not like that at all, and that's what I hate about some people that I know that critize the show for the "nudity" in it. If you like Anime, and you rate it just because it has some nudity in it, that's just weird to me. No offence to people who do, do that.

Anyway, the anime is wonderful, and if [AdultSwim] does put it on the air, that would be awesome. o_O;

I thought the ending was good but it did leave some questions unanswered. I hear the manga continues after the ending of the anime. I can not imagine this show on cartoonnetwork, its a disaster waiting to happen.

I really don't base how good a show is off of any of that, I just said it wouldn't be plausable to air it on tv. And I agree the music is haunting and very well done.

i like elfen lied...i don't know if i'm just weird but i didn't find it that violent or gory -_- but i do love it...not much of a nyu fan but i like lucy...the flashbacks were sad especially lucy's...not much of a fan of the ending...but i guess its better then alot of others....

I've only seen one episode,the first...it was pretty good,the opening credits were pretty creepy as well. I'm just mad,crappy Animenetwork on demand! I didn't get to see the rest of the show. v.v; I miss Elfen Lied.

And I should care what you think because? I spelled the name wrong big deal, it isn't as if elfen as a word I use on a regular basis. Harldy makes me less of a fan.

And I have been reading the manga and wow is it not as good as the anime. It's kind of fun to read, but the anime is just all around better.
