Please rate this wallpaper...

It's not my first wallpaper, but it's the first one I'm not going to keep for myself

. I'd love to see someday a wallpaper made by me on animewallpapers.com, so if this one is approved, then I could post something more...

It's from the anime Full Moon wo Sagashite. I'm not sure why I did it: maybe because it's hard to find one without a manga image, or because I got inspired with the episode I saw today ^^ Tell me what you think...

PD: I'm sorry for the image quality, but I still can't find a better one...

It looks great but work on the lighting, like Dyne said, it's a lil too bright. I'll give it a 8/10...

Its okay but like others said; its pretty bright, a little blurry, and soar on the eye. Other than that it looks kinda nice. 6/10

Thanks! I took your suggestions, I did what I could with the blurry image, but the original is very pixelated...so, it seems that it won't look any better until I can get better screen caps

Yea the scan isn't the best quality. You could always vector/recolor it yourself ^^. That takes quite a while though hehe. The edges on the extraction look a bit rough, maybe try using Pen or Polygon Lasso for extracting pictures. Those tools work really well once you learn to use them. I'm not quite sure if it's what I think it is, but the Bevel effect on the character sort of makes her look like she's a cardboard cutout placed on a BG hehe.

Overall though, it's not bad ^^ Just a little more work on extraction and blending the character in with the BG will help a lot.

.....Yes, for a first it's quite good. But I shall critique you, because I find explicit joy in it. I hope you don't take offense though.

Anyways, yes, it's quite the image of effort, but, yes, everyone else already said this, the stock is bad!! .-. You have an excuse though for that, so I'll let that blow over. Okay, second up, it's the text...I dunno...it just....doesn't "flow", ya know what I mean? I find images to be highly more appeasing when everything just kinda knits together. You should change the background too. I like the way it looks, but the colors are kinda off (I'm talking about the orangey stuff). And third (or is it fourth?) is the snow flakes. The way they are set up, makes it seem kind of a nuisance. You should try adding more volume to them, maybe by making some smaller, and others bigger. Give the illusion that the image is deep, and not flat.

Anyways, overall, a good concept, nice try. I brand ye, a 6.3/10

I would have to agree with Ch33zyph33r on this one. However, I don't really mind the orangey spots. The char just seems too.......smooth? Of course you have a reason, but I just wanted to point that out. Over all, my rating to you is a 7.4/10.

Why is it ok? Why do you like the wallpaper? Give reasons for why you like it and not just numbers. Numbers and "it's nice" are not helpful.

ok first off its a good render with great brushes in the backround now the bad news... you shouldnt have blured or whatever it was you did to this poor lil girls body its all blured.... lessen the brightness and uhhm hmmm maybie add some black in there or other colors give it some life its really really white right now kinda lifeless
