It's a battle between Hayabusa and Hayate, it's so hard to choose between them. And, erm, I dunno who Raidou is....
Although I like Hayate and Hayabusa, I don't fight very well with them. The only DOA male that I like to use to fight is JanLee.

Jann lee.... he's like the best male fighter. All his move are "realistic" and he has a really cool hairstyle. I also like his costume. His attitude is really "cool" (literally) and he has an interesting view towards fighting.
