You can't change your username until you have over 11,000 rupees.So until that happens,you better start posting.

As has been mentioned, Usernames can be changed via the store. And the Store only.

The price is the result of members changing their names too often and us having no idea who people are half the time.

Thus the other reason that we don't do name changes for members ourselves.
