PSP or DS

Well wath of this 2 portatils are the best?
Well for me are the DS because the use of the screens are revolutionary in the portatils the concep of the touch screen are so inusual and that are beter that the PSP in fact the PSP have a battery of 4 hours and the DS have a battery of 8 hours, the game play of the DS are awesone and the one of the PSP are the worst of all.

I believe the PSP is great.It plays movies,music,games,and you can chat with other people.It rocks.The DS is good but a few of the games made for it was a disappointment.Just yesterday when I went to walmart,there was this poster that showed some puppy games for the DS.

Pfft. It's definetly going to be the PSP.

DS just isn't as good as the PSP.
You can do more things on the PSP than the DS. And the PSP has better graphics.
The only thing that the DS could win at is the price.

The DS is better than the PSP but i plan on getting both...i gotta have the collection of Playstation And Nintendo stuff you know...But i look forward to the DS then the PSP.

Both are really good, but I like the DS better. The future lineup looks great. If I wanted PSP games, I'd just buy as PS2.

I would choose DS, most of the PSP games are just ports from the consoles, and the DS has sme great games coming up in the future. The PSP battery life is horendous, and yeah, it can play movies, music, blah blah blah, but if you're jst looking for a solid gaming system, I'd go with DS.

It depends on what your looking for.

If you want a solid hand held gaming device to play on the go. Something JUST for gaming then get the DS.

If you want a lot of great features in a handheld gaming device as well. Things like movies and music and lots of internet hacks. Then you definately want to get the PSP.

However if youre a bandwagon jumper who wants the more popular one you should buy a PSP. Over all the PSP is a much better device but the nintendo fanboys are always going to say otherwise. I know that they'll find some reason that's probably a huge lie, to make the DS sound a lot better than the PSP in every way. The popularity stands with the PSP on top because people buy it for a lot of useful things. Like the music, why buy an mp3 player when you can get one on this little gaming devoce? And besides the PSP has like three times the graphical goodness of the DS but the DS is gonna have you playin' a lot of good games. But there aren't too many out there that really make good use of the DS's stylist. Kirby: Canvas Curse was one of the best uses of the stylist there may ever be. And then Lumaness, a cheap rip off of tetris, is one of the best handheld games you might find anywhere.

So overall it all come down to what you want to do with the device.

A hand held device for gaming and gaming only with great titles out?
Or a hand held gaming device with superb graphics and tons of awsome "no where else" features?

DS and PSP is like comparing....

N64 to the Playstation.... Playstation won this...

VHS to DVD.... obviously DVD won this as well...

The most appropriate would be UMD to Cartridge... but I know a bunch of people here would just be like, "Ehhh? Whats a UMD? Duurrr... I'm dumb... "

The DS is so much better because it has a much longer battery life than the PSP and the DS's game cartridges dont pop out on their own just at random
