Sleeping Habits

Well, I was just sitting here thinking... I didn't go to sleep until roughly seven AM this morning, and got up about an hour ago... and I wondered, 'What about all of the other AFers? What are their sleeping habits like?' So, just post what time you go to bed on average, what time you get up, how much sleep you usually get, things like that. I'm not trying to create another lame spammy thread, I'm just honestly curious.

I go to bed around 10:00 PM. But one time was awake all night trying to get rid of a virus, and went to sleep about 9 AM. But I woke up around 12 PM. I wonder why that is? I mean, I didn't feel like naping or just not doing anything, I just went like it was a normal day. Why?

i only slepp maybe at the most of 5 hours a week i dont like sleep i party to much

I go to bed around 12 to 1 am and wake up around 8:30

I dont really have a routine per say... but i sleep on average 15 hrs a day (yes, 15...).
i guess it all really depends... if im up watchin anime or playing video games all night, then ill probly wake up because i smell supper in the oven... (food is the only thing that can wake me from deep sleep lol)... if i do alot of work/exercise, ill most likely go to bed around 7 pm and wake up at 10 am (still somewhat early)... And even then, there are many nights i wont sleep at all (for many valid reasons... :P)...

Lets just put it this way...
If im tired, i sleep.
If im hungry, i eat.
If im horny, uhhh yeah...

Well, how much I sleep varies from day to day. Mostly I go to bed at 2AM, sometimes, but very rarely at 23PM. What about waking up ... hm, well, waking up is always a problem. Usually I get up at 10 - 11AM, rarely earlier.

I sleep when I'm tired, and get up when I'm not tired anymore.

When I have to go to school, I try to get in bed at least not later than 11pm. Gotta get up at 07am, and sleep is needed. They say 8 hours is enough, though I don't belive them.
When I don't have to go to school, I'll go to sleep when it is needed. Which could be anytime from 9am to 9pm.

I go to sleep whenever my body falls asleep. There is no strict time for me.

Over the summer, I've been going to sleep at 2-3 in the morning, since I stay up to watch Adult Swim. And then, I usually wake up around 8 in the morning.

I love sleeping though; tis one of my favoritest pastimes :P

i go to bed at about 11pm, wake back up at like 1am, stay awake (sometimes reading) in my bed until 4am, then wake back up at about 9.

I have to wake up through the week at 6am, so I try to get to bed for around 9/10pm. Getting back from work I fall asleep most the afternoon until Im hungry. As for weekends that depends on how much I've been drinking or If i've been clubbing etc etc

I usually stay up until 12:00/12:30 .... and I sleep until 9:30 in the morning. O__o. I sleep in way too late.. it's going to be hell when school starts up again. >< But I never sleep in past 10:00 ... I just can't do it. ^^;;

i go to bed around 11:00 PM-2:00 AM but most of the time i dont fall asleep untill 3-6:00AM
and i wake up from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM but for school i wake up at 4:30 and some times i dont sleep at all
i love to sleep but cant..its a horrible thing><

I usually go to sleep somewhere around 5 to 7 am, and wake up after 7-8 hours.

When i sleep i talk and somtimes snore.There's many things i do in my sleep.
I just don't want to tell.

Mostly i just snore very loud in my sleep.

I don't really know when I sleep. I'm usually online between 4:00 and 8:00 AM. Most of the time I'm awake between 6:00 and 2:00 PM. Maybe I sleep mornings. It changes a lot. I'll probably get about four hours of sleep a day.

Let's see...I go to bed anytime between, 22.00 and 02.00 and I always wake at 05.30 though I have been known on occasion to sleep in until...gasp! 06.30

i go to bed at like 5 am and wake up around 2 pm but i have to start waking up for 7 am by next week. i sleep walk and im a very violent sleeper too. if i have to sleep with a group i prefer to sleep in the closet cause i might scare em walkin around beatin on the walls. and besides closets r fun
