Hurricane Dennis

As you may know, yes I live in Florida. Well... Everything is okay. The mast that connects the power to our house was ripped off the side, the meter was shattered, and the power line connected the power from our house to the street was detacted (a tree fell on it), the power line along the street was ripped out completely at a certain point, two trees fallen in the road. Yeah, the power's out, but I'm at my mom's work. So who else suffered?

well, at the time we were in pensecola, so yeah, we got hit pretty hard.

Ouch, yeah, I'm watching the news and I saw pensecola, and it's pretty bad. You holding up?

well Prattville got a lot of wind and rain a couple of trees down here and there but not too much damage.the power also went out but came right back on. last i heard Alabama still had about 23,000 houses with the power out still.

im in the miami region of fl. my power went out about two nights ago,and it was only for about 6 hours. my biggest concern is that its gonna turn around like ivan did and us

yeah, we in louisiana right now. were staying here with relatives for about a month or so

dennis isnt much to worry about. the worse thatll happen is that youll prabably loose power for a day or two. many of you are too young to remember hurricane andrew,which was a clase 5 hurricane and it stayed in my area for about a good....13 hours. compared to all that charlie,ivan,francis,and dennis are just bad storms

i slightly remember andrew, i believe i was about 5 or 6 around the time. and you're right, that hurricane did a hell of alot more damage than these past few probably put together
