What do you do when you're depressed?

i would either blare music, sleep, eat ice cream and fluff, or nothing. if my mom notices something she will send me off to the phcitrist

Many times I smoke and either a) discuss things with someone or b) think things over. Usually I get into such a deep philosophical mood I no longer feel depressed.

Then again, sometimes I just play MMZ 3 or FF VII for several hours straight.

........i go outside where no one is and explore then i climb a tree and sit there looking at the sky till about 1 in the morning then i come back and stay in my room listening to music.

Depends where I am. If I'm in public and among people I just suck it up and pretend nothing's wrong. It always works. If I'm at home, I turn up the volume on what I normally listen to and just cry until I somehow feel better.

I usually bottle it all up inside so that the people who are close to me don't get worried or anything. It puts me into a deep wandering sort of mood, where I just walk and walk and walk around and hope it's cloudy and then it usually is cloudy so then I get somewhat happy again but I only want to wander around more either alone or with the person that is closest to me. And I daydream A LOT too

I usally bottle up my emotions and practice my martial arts. I know it's not healthy but it works for me.

i will re-call what happened, then think n consider about why i'm getting depressed. then i will find someway to resolve the probs that keep getting in the way n make me depressed [well, finally, recover by self. if really in need of advice or i just can't find any appropriate way to deal, n the probs serious, i will hv d right ppl to give some advice or opinion]. i usually fine by that way; doing some hobbies help out alot, too ^^

When im depressed, which isnt very often anymore, thinking about what happened or what is happening only makes it much worse, cause there are only a few things that can depress me now, and they would be really serious things that I would probably never be able to put behind me.

What I usually do is just shut the door of my room and cry...but when I'm not at home maybe I just go out from where I am and look at the sky and relax...calm down.
Sometimes I just listen to music and don't think of anything.That happens to me often....

when i'm depressed i go somewhere alone and cry. until i drift off to sleep and wake up feeling much better. but sometimes that doesn't always work for me.

Watch some comedy shows....or play some video games. That usually helps me when I am down in the slumps

I don't know how Im getting mysteriously depressed right now but nothing I do means anything, so I just wander......hoping for rain, heavy rain and dark skies, with wind a thunder, so i can just wander.....nothing means anything. So I start seeing strange things.........i know what it is now........im so stupid....nvm no I dont

When I'm depressed I usually clean up and dont talk to anybody for the day .Then if that doesnt make me feel better than I would more than likely go to sleep.....
