Help with .hack//OUTBREAK!

I want to have fun in the game...I've spent oh...70 something hours on it. But whenever I try to go to the place you meet Balmung (after gate hacking with the proper cores or whatever they're called) my PS2 turns off!!! Does anyone know a solution to this?

I think u played the game to long and made the disk lose memory,or your ps2 is worn out and blow affuse.

Probabyl or but maybe not try using a diffrent ps2 if it happens again it could be the cd
