whats the best final fantasy game?
i think final fantasy 8 was the best, it had awesome characters and action final fantasy 7 is my second favorite sephiroth ruled!

Alright, I must draw the line. Just because a post has to do with people's favorite FF, does not mean it will get a lot of replies seeing I know I have answered this question atleast 8 times. Well, I will name ANOTHER FF that I like a lot. FF 8 was pretty cool. The card game was awesome and addicting, not sure if thats a good thing. I wasn't too crazy about how stats were achieved, drawing magic was a big waste of time and got boring very quickly, although it had big pay offs, which pissed me off quite a bit. The characters were pretty well developed, although Squall reminds me too much of Cloud. A flying school was kinda gay, and it turns out there was two of them, who knew? It was pretty challenging, not that hard if you had the right magic equipped, but a subtle challenge exsisted within the game, the boss being quite difficult to beat, even though the whole game up until then was a cake walk. I also didn't like having to do side quests to get some GFs, like drawing the, or getting 200 different items, they just made it too tricky to get them all, and it really wasn't neccessary to do it. All in all its pretty good, not my favorite but I decided to ramble on about something other than FF VII or Tactics for the sake of diversity. Repetition would just drive me mad.

Well FF7 is my favorite because i can equip the best materia combinations to unleash massive attacks on my enemies. The story line is awesome and the characters rock.
im still trying to figure out which one is better FF8 or FF9
FF10 i liked the storyline but i hated the gameplay

The best so fAR is Fina Fantasy (9, since the characters are cool and cutely drawn, nice graphics and plot of the story. It's really cute to look at, Garnet looks like an anime girl ( she's so cute ). I like final fantasy 9 better than 10 since Yuna wasn't so cutely drawn, The graphics is cool but I dont like the plot of the story. Square soft is the best!

I like Final Fantasy X the best.
Part of the reason is probably because it was the first Final Fantasy game I ever played.
And I just love the story in this one.

Final Fantasy 9 because i loved everything about the game.Kuja scared me a little bit but I still liked the game.That game had the best characters!I was almost crying at the end because the ending was so good!I thought it was sad when Kuja died and Zidane got upset.
Final Fantasy 10 because I liked the characters.I think Tidus and Wakka could have been a little cooler.
Crystal chronicles.I liked to choose my characters.

I like all the Final Fantasy games but these are my top three.

What, the, hell...!? Just as i thought, no one is even mentioning the previous titles before 7... probally cause you havn't played them, don't any of you know anything about FF!?. Anywho FF6 is by far the best, didn't have it's time to shine much due to the fact 7 stole the spotlight.
