Just a couple quotes here that amuse me:
'Have you seen my feet, my investigatin' feet?!'
--The Cat ~Red Dwarf~
'I'm the world's happiest tool.'
--Reese ~Malcom in the Middle
'And remember: Tuesday is Soylent Green day.'
--Soylent Green
'The bread is delicious.'
--Medal of Honor

Alrighty, I'm a decent artist, so I thought I'd post some of my stuff. I can draw alright on my own, but my pictures are much better when I have a reference pic to look at. I can't do computer colouring, so all my pics are either pencil or pencil crayon, and some of the lighter shading disappears when I scan the pics.
Alucard from Hellsing!
This is Sylph from Tales of Symphonia
This is a pic of one of my RP characters.
I know I need to work on people, especially their faces and hands. And for some reason I suck at drawing guys. I guess I just need to practise more.
Feh, everything is great. I can't draw clothes as well... The folds and the shading and the texture... It just doesn't come to me easily. And I need to work on hands as well, so you're not alone.
Anyways, I loveses them all!! And I adore the Alucard pic! Is that the one where him and the psycho priest dude battle it out for the first time? I loved that part!! *sqee*
Yep! Psycho-preist would be Anderson. I love that part too, I just had to draw something from it! Though i can do clothes fairly well, I still like your faces better, so we're even!
This is the other Alucard pic I've drawn,
And here's the pic I was talking about, the only guy I ever drew from my imagination that doesn't look completely horrible.

He's just a character that I made up, and I drew this maybe a year ago. It's obviously not finished, and his jacket collar looks horrible, but I only just figured out how to draw collars in a way that looks more realistic. Your guys are better, so there!
You're pretty good with shading!!! I applaud your efforts!
. Got it?
hm... I've gotta find some good Kurama pictures to put here...
if you ever take art in college, just wait for spending four, four hour classes on a work of art and sometimes more where you have to draw every single thing and shade everything as well. boring as all hell o_o;;....lol...Originally Posted by black_dragon

Yeah, that doesn't sound too fun. I take art, but I'm only in high school, so it's pretty lenient, and a lot of the people are still learning the basics. The blue-eyes picture took longer because it was smudgemed to death by the time I finished the shading, so then I had to go in with the eraser and then redo a bit of the shading.
Kratos from Tales of symphonia.
that is an excellent picture, ive seen alot of ToS fan art and this is easily in the top 5Originally Posted by black_dragon

Wow! I really don't think you get enough credit! Your artworks great, most of all I like the shading. I think you have a little bit to work on from the pics that you free-handed, like the proportions, but your shading is spectacular! I think I've learned a bit from seeing your art
