Power - Lusitania has the ability to raise waters (river, ocean, toilet water, etc.) She can force them to her will, and will sometimes the water will change to ice. That's only if she concentrates.

Uniform - A pure white scarf is tied around her neck when she transforms, but other than that, her outfit of a sweater and jeans stay the same, (since it's summer, I'll say she wears a t-shirt and shorts, too) and a white France-ish looking hat. (The ones you see artists with?)

Sidekick - None

Hair - Normally a light brown, Lusitania's hair changes into a snow-white color.

Eyes - They're dark green, but in her transformed state, they're coal black.

Secret Identity - Miss Aomori, Sasaki. Student at the Akira College where Astalle works at? ( May as well try to have a crossover magical girl / boy show? o_O; )

Mission - She doesn't know quite yet. Maybe save the world, or just help it.
