I liked the image in this wallpaper
So just out of curiosity,
what kind of anime is this from?
I can't find any references to the anime, and my search engine
can only find this one image.
Is it a new anime that I just haven't heard of yet, or an anime that hasn't come out?

It would appear that Nyan Nyan Strikers is neither an anime or manga, but a collection of images that are "cat girls in mobile suits" or whatnot, of course, not existing cat girls, but drawn specifically for this.
