I've lost weight before...so,e of those places like weight watchers even work.
I've just lost a fair bit of weight in the last month, but that's due to being ill...I feel fine, I just get sick when I eat

I get a full workout every day I'm there with all the stress and running around @.@ And considering I'm there at least 5 days a week... Yeah.
Watching what you eat (Not restricting so much as balancing), drinking lots of water, and exercise are the best things a person can do to get the weight off and keep it off.
I try to stop eating so much or excersize when I'm on my own. It doesn't seem to work ¬_¬

that could help, but metabolism plays a big part in whether or not you can lose weight. I for example could eat ridiculous amounts of food and never gain weight, but I could work out constantly and never lose any. Its all about how your body is built and stuff...

Well, ever since I was 5 I've been skinny. Now I just go to the gym to get muscle. I also used to play soccer before, plus I skateboard (when it's sunny outside) and my work is physically demanding.
p.e. does the trick for me!! And weight training (i only go to get ready for track), like i'm going tomorrow. and like sega said, lay off the big macs and fatty foods. but it's so irresistible. @.@

I can't say I know any surefire ways to lose weight except exercise and a healthy diet. Or don't eat. But that usually makes you qualify as anorexic, so I can't recommend it.
I just do excercise to keep myself from getting fat.

Whatever you do, and I mean whatever you do, do not start eating healthy while getting more physical exercise. Do anything but those two things. Anything...

I agree 100% that plays a big part but if your fat youl never lose weight by sitting around and eating. Also they have pills (perscibed by doctors) that can help you with a problem like that.Originally Posted by Gil

I think Nosferatu has the right idea.
Diets almost never work. Lifestyle changes work.
You can't just change what you eat for a few weeks than go back to how you were before.
You have to improve what you eat and when you exercise.
If you eat well and exercise regularly (and I mean once a week, not once a year) than you should lose weight.
