how come every characters natural hair looks awesome whether they brush it or not?
Most of the times they only move their mouths and their bodies don't really show any movement at all. That's why some people I know don't watch anime.

Most of the time it's because creators tend to portray girls as being confused and a slightly open mouth symbolizes confusion. Or if your being technical girls tend to talk a lot more than anime guys so that could be another reason.
The boys almost allways have spikey hair.
So some anime look the same.
Is it that strange?
Okay mybe it is.

maybe it's because the anime are so well-drawn that the girls would like them...
One weird thing is that anime guys they always have a girl by them.
Well mayb thats not really weird
Why is it when in some animes school girls always have short skirts. What are those japanese big shots thinking over there.

Big eyes. That's the weird part. Their eyes are always, TOO HUGE... Hmm... And they make the girls, usually too curvy, like everyone is perfect there... Oh god... x.x And short skirts too... And maybe even big ears... >.<

i actually know the answer to this. big eyes are supposed to show innocence. thats why the "bad-guys" usually have small eyes.Originally Posted by Tsuna Kadiri
as for short skirts, school girs wear shorter skirts in the summer and spring, longer skirts in the winter and fall.
spikey hair: instead of drawing each strand of hair, becuase it would be time consuming, the artists fraw locks of hair(groups of hair strands), which usually look like spikes.

That makes sense!! Rurouni Kenshin is a good example. When Kenshin is happy and carefree, he usually has rather large, innocent eyes. But when he is angry, or in his Battousai mode, his eyes are a bit more squinty than normal. And look at Saitou, too. He has a rather chaotic persona, so his eyes are narrower.Originally Posted by DarkTwilight

the hair is shiny because it is suppose to show that it is clean, therefore, it reflects light brightly.
the links are from some spy-ware program that i cannot get rid of. it makes words i type into links. just ignore them.

Why do they have to make guys look like girls... O.O
Kazuki - Get Backers
Nuriko - Fushigi Yuugi
Haku - Naruto
Etc etc...
I know there are reasons for them in thier anime... but i mean why in general... o.O
Bishies are hot!
I love the big eyes thing. It's so vute, even though they went kinda overboard in Magic Knight Eayearth, where their eyes were literally bigger than their stomachs. Almost all of the characters are soo pretty too.
And the fact that teenage girls can pull out a hammer out of nowhere to smack the nearest perv. Awesomest power there is, I say!
