i played it so much, i started to see little blocks in my sleep. i heard it was banned form the arcades because it was so addictive. is that true?

and did anyone see the simpsons one when homer was putting things into his car, and he yells "all those hours of playing tetris will not go to waste!", and then all the objects turn into tetris blocks, and he starts playings tetris with them. really funny.

I think anyone with a love of games loves tetris and if you don't then your just too "new school" for us. An old school gamer appreciates how simple yet fun and addicting games can be. No need for high quality graphics just 2-D goodness all around.....

Being the fan of almost everything Russian, of course I have to love Tetris! Actually, I loved it when I was a kid, before I loved Russian culture. It's just so addictive, yet simple and easy to pick up on. I also love all of Alexsey Pajhitnov's work. Too bad he didn't even get 10 cents for his remarkable creation, but he still is happy that he made a world-wide famous game. Remeber that whole law thing against Tengen and Nintendo over Tetris? I even saw the whole scandal on TV two times. Ah, good times. I still have a couple of tetris get togethers with a few of my old friends every May 16, cause that's the day we first played it. We play the original NES version.

The very first tetris was boreing, but the Tetris Worlds for XBOX is awsome! You can save a peice to use for later and theres a shadow of the peice you are using so it is easier to set.

tetris rocks every 1s socks lol its a fun puzzle based game u have to lov the game oh and songs the're catchy oh if u dont like that suks because think about when it was made they did upgrade it online for x-box suks if ur playin tetris

1.its easy to catch on

Columns was good, but Tetris is better. I always thought Columns was a lot easier to play, and I likes a challenge so I prefer Tetris.
