I got all the way done with this and the caption just popped in my head.
So, if the word butt (This has to be the single most redundant censor EVER) offends you then do not click on the wallpaper.
Also, the look on her face seems to dare someone to try something; anything.

Yeah, maybe move the girl over a little. Maybe a glow, not a shadow. She kind of scares me, doesn't offend me, just scares.

you probably should move her over, her arm blocks out the "e" in the word "have" unless, that is how you want it. -shrugs-

Alright, moved her over, gave her a shadow and fixed the chopped off text. (Actually I had to start over with it, but ehhh). Better?

You could smooth out the text edges..it is rather sharp. It looks good though. ^^
I'm not a fan of the text. It's far too large and looks too... MS Paint.

She blends into the background too much. I'd recommend decreasing the saturation of the background color somewhat, so she stands out more.
And I agree that the text font looks kinda cheap... maybe try different styles and placements, perhaps flowed around her body?
The "Girl" is Jam from Guilty Gear, superb wallpaper.....
