This site has some of our wallpapers, with a big black bar blocking out the signatures, and I've never given permission to anyone aside from AW and minitokyo to put up my walls.

The site is specifically, but I'm sure there's more of AW's walls around here.

That was posted up in a separate thread and I also contacted him. He sent me a reply email, and I have since gotten nothing. I am assuming that he is ignoring them and hoping that the problem will go away.

The site I'm posting a link to has stolen graphics in general from most in he Graphic community. Though the reason for me posting it here is this wallpaper:

I wanted to mention that your Last Exile wall papers are taken direct from the official Japanese site. When the show came out you had to sign up for the club and they offered that wallpaper as well 3 others for membership.

often times what happens is that someone steals a wall from another site and submits it. They probably didn't to claim that they made it, just that they submitted it. I will pass it on to the site admin. Thanks, and sorry.

All those wallpapers i've seen somewhere before. They are commonly used in a lot of diiferent sites. If we were to fuss about all of them. The hours it would take.

wow! its been months since i've been here...
well, my twin sister just showed me this and i'm not happy right now. somebody ripped my wallpaper off of Animewallpapers.com and tried to fix it up and make it look like that they did it on their own. but i guess they failed on that one becouse the image in the background is mine (i took it with the camera)... i have no where else to go, so i figgered to post it up on here...

I just recently found my wallpaper, that I had sent to AW, copied, my name and AW.com logo removed.
Thank goodness the site is one of these where people post their own-made wallpapers, and so my complainment 'bout the wallpaper got through and the "fake" w/p got removed.

Also I bet that I wasn't the only "victim" of this copier, who atleast uses name "OblivionAngel1920". (?)

Just gotta hope this person would start using her/his free time for much more useful things..
maybe getting a life? (well, i'm missing that too. But oh well.)

Did you notice some wallies are doubled by diff uploaders? For example in Naruto gallery a lot of wallpapers added by Derrick have their copies on other pages (http://www.animewallpapers.com/wallp...to/index11.php -> http://www.animewallpapers.com/wallpapers/naruto/ & http://www.animewallpapers.com/wallp...uto/index2.php)

I've found more in Naruto & EVA galleries, gess it's not all What's going on?...
