True, this battle system makes batles a lot more active since you're actualy doing things to win instead of selecting this, selecting that. I have a friend who plays it too and when we started we had a race who would first master 'gust of wind dance' attack.

He beat me to it though.

Haha, the first wind guy (I forget his name) Gust of Wind's attack was A LOT harder than the second's.

Yeah. That game needs a sequel and pronto. The additions were cool. I just really couldn't master any of the people's last ones. Dart. Haschel. Kongol. I couldn't master any of them !!!

Why was that guy the end boss?
I don't remember seeing him anywhere in the game before the final fight.

Was he trying to destroy the world [like in every OTHER Rpg] or capture the dragoon spirits or what???

If memory serves me correctly,........that guy was the last boss bc he tried to rule the world when the original dragoons were in the war....(can't remember the name)......and he was trying to do......i can't remember.....man ...now i gotta go beat it again!...thats all i can remember sorry!......

It was okay in my opinion. Combos aren't too shabby, needs more improvements.

They really need to come out with a sequel of this game. It was the coolest RPG on the PS1 system. I have played it 3 times through the story and I still like it. They could have used more interactive backrounds though. I think a PS2 sequel would be great

I acualy liked them, they were very beatiful, especialy in combination with the music.

only thing i didnt like was the Dragoon killing move that one guy had, didnt know about it and since i didnt have a memory card at the time i'd been playing 3 days strate and i put all my people into dragoon mode and they all died in one turn, and i had to start the whole game over. (got a memory card now though)

I remember playing it and i still do sometimes....although it took like 100 hours on my first try to beat ot with all the leveling up and extra things (i think) on it.But overall, it was the best rpg game ive ever played. =p

I played my cousins copy while I was visiting her but only got to the second disk so I've been trying to find a copy but can't... so I'm gonna steal my friends muhahaha. Anyway... from what I played I really really liked the game and wanna finish it soo bad!

I did played that kind of game named Legend of Dragoon. My favorite character is Dart!

I thought it was difficult so me and my cousin played till the middle. The music was good though, but the characters in the game are okay..and the plot was easy to figure out, the walkthrough i got..i think it's prima strategy guide..and i knew what would happen ect. The dragoon magic and transformations are really cool.

you shouldn't use a guide the first time you play an rpg, it takes a whole lot of the challenge out of it. Sometimes, I've been sitting around a puzzle for 2 days, and finally find the sollution. The pride you get when you do it on yuor own wouldn't come if you consulted a walkthrough.
