Anyway, this is a Hameln wallpaper. It probably requires some knowledge of the series to catch the whole joke, but eh. Much fun anyway. It was fun, and I know it's far from perfect, so say whatever you wish ^^ Thanks.

I don't know what to suggest. I know I don't like the noise effect there maybe have just a few and not all in noise effect..some clearer ones would make it more appealing I guess..I like your attempt at the webs..I can't really say much about it cause I totally lost my critiquing skills and imgination...oh the horror...>.<

Hmm... you could try colourising the background so the main focus is on the two people at the desk. At the moment the sorta blend in, and there's too many things to focus on.
And i dont like the noise either.

Other than that's its pretty good.

EDIT: I also just noticed that the bottom of table that the focus people are sitting at is flat and 2D. It looks funny, maybe you could make it rounder like the top...

What exactly do you mean? Literally put lines across the screens?

Oh, and do you really think there's too much noise? I just wanted to be sure they could be recognized as television screens.
