Fullmetal Alchemist...Without a doubt one of the best anime/manga ever made… You don’t have to like it, but you simply just can’t say that it ‘sux’...you’ll get nailed to a stake and burned by a mob.
In terms of manga, my current favorite is probably Yakitate! Japan…it’s as much about making bread as Love Hina is about hotel management…but it’s just plain hilarious.
Mahou Sensei Negima is great…but not that original.

I like many anime series, a few of my favourites would be CardCaptor Sakura, Sakura Wars, Tsubsa, xxxHolic, Chobits, Young of Kindachi, Inuyasha, Magical Doremi and many many more.

My favorite animes are Ayashi no Ceres because Aya and Toya are so sweet and Gundam Seed because I like it's story and especially their characters starring Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala.

I will have to make yet another edit. I have to do this as I see new manga and anime. Now my favorite anime, other than One Piece of course, would have to be Naruto, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gundam SEED Destiny, and Fruits Basket. I would say Berserk, but that ending just ruined the whole show.

For manga, it is pretty much the same as before. Tenjou Tenge is my absolute favorite manga, One Piece, Naruto, Open Sesame, Gacha Gacha, Ichigo 100%, and Berserk are all good.

Favourite Anime : Anything Thats Clamp goes in the first slot ... then theres Wolf's Rain, Witch Hunter Robin, Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto , Inu Yasha, Trigun, Last Exile, Sailor Moon or course, Evangelion, Saint Seiya ... I'm a Plain Fanatic ... but the official best most certainly go to

Anime - X TV (by far the best CLAMP thing ever, beside Card Captor Sakura hehe ^.^')
Manga - Battle Royale (It rocks ... whatever anyone says)
