Q: What is your solution to being stressed?
I am very vocal, singing the highest note of disapproval, when I'm stressed. I vent, and it's good. Prayer and deep discernment helps me a great deal. I get stressed, yes. Do I bounce back? Absolutely.![]()

Profanely taking the lord's name in vain sometimes helps.

I take the so-called lord's name and drag it on the higway when there are people who get offended nearby. Srsly
I take all that is rotten in me and blame it all on God™ and his subserving agents. Then, I sharpen my blade with the intent to kill him forever with it, and that calms me.
But that's noy how you handle daily poison. You need to have a little eye-to-eye session with yourself, identify your most common patterns of stress generation, learn where they stem from and cut them off. If you can't cut them off because they are inherent and considered a necessary evil, like you crappy job, your stupid boss, some annoying goverment-issued law, or a personal disorder and absolutely cannot avoid treading on them yet, try to mitigate with them. Bringout to the light what the actual problem is with them/yourself and before you even try to fix it, measures will have already been taken. Most of our stress is actually generated by our resistance to see the benefical part of our problem or our bother to try to undo what has akready been done, but when we learn to work with it to our advantage, the darkside fades away, experience is gained and the same problem will avoid reccuring, leaving space (of course) for new problems to arrise!
If we could welcome those problems as valuable lessons, we will cut through them like swords. Oh, on topic... stress? .. almost forgot what it feels like... i like to simulate it sometimes with over 3 daily cups of expresso people never tell me "you look stressed"; more like "you look tense, sit down/massage?/cup of tlc?"
It is offensive, what you're writing. Please discontinue such language.

Lift weights. Like, grown man weights, not the machines. Those are for old people and chicks. Lift grown man weights: deadlifts, squats, bent over rows. Real caveman stuff. That and tea. Lately, those are the only two things that ease the crippling depression I've had for decades now. Tea and bad horror movies after lifting grown man weights.
Maybe a little more tame than the other answers, but I like to drink a cup of jasmin tea and listen to PS2 JRPG soundtracks. Brings me right out of being stressed and into a better place.
