I was reminiscing about AF yesterday and I thought I would check in and see how it's doing. It's been quite a while since I've been online last. :3

How could we forget?

I'm not active anymore, but one thing that's been consistent over the last ~15 years- people get nostalgic around the holidays and look back. From Nov-January, maybe because they travel home or start reminiscing and reflecting over the past, folks get curious about what became of the people/places/things that meant something to them growing up. AF included.

We called them the wolf games, a role based game we used to play on this forum.

Classic game where there are mafia, townies and independants.

Mafia need to kill all other members to win. Townies need to vote off and kill all other mafia. Independants have their own win conditions.

Have a look in Misc thread and you'll find old games, was such fun!

Personally not bashing it but just surprised. Kind of pleasantly. Maybe it's an age thing, but I am getting gradually tired of Web 2.0 and miss the simpler internet days when places like these thrived.

I'll bash it: it's a dead forum with only like 3 people, and when you try to post memes, *someone* snitches and has the thread taken down. Guess some things never change. Meanwhile they posting titties in the art forum and have a history of defending certain degenerate types here.
