She is a good witch .ischief and sassy, the first one back in1967 the story is about Sally want go to human world but her parents aren't allowed her, so she ran away and began new life on earth and learning new magic

I have fun watching anime like good old slapstick and snarky writing I really like her sassy personality

Homura from Madoka Magica. I personally am a fan of any characters in fantasy genres with time related abilities like Dio and Jotaro from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure or Julius from Black Clover because they are hella cool.
