How about Megumi's death in Shiki? She is not only a vampire, but a real b-tch. You do get some satisfaction over her suffering, but bringing out the worst in people is what Shiki is all about.

In Puella Magi Madoka Magica, veteran magical girl Mami shows the new recruits how it is done. Only a witch end up biting her head off and then devouring the rest of Mami's body. How embarrassing! Mami will never live that one down.
