Can't remember to be perfectly honest and I'm not sure if there's a log of it anywhere. There was a submission of the same song three times within 1 second (happens sometimes) and I deleted the first two. That's probably what caused it. You can ask me questions like this over PM if you want.

It was probably just an error, I might have accidentally made multiple requests by spamming the Save button. But was the song Golden Time or Hikari no Rock?

I think it might have been Golden Time. Not sure though.
