Made in Abyss?
Made in Abyss made it's debut on Adult Swim this weekend. After one episode, I can't say yea or nay on it. But I am impressed by the artwork. It is way above most TV series, and to me is more like what you would find in a feature film.
Is anyone familiar with this series?
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.

I love it, but I'd recommend the original jp. The dub will probably ruin certain parts.

^ Quite a few anime have been ruined by a bad dub. But watching on AS you really don't have the choice.

I was more so referring to potential censorship that as is know to have, but I don't wanna potentially spoil anything about the series.
The manga has some pretty amazing art tho, as does the anime, and the music is fantastic.

^ Right. AS has been known in the pass to cut a few things here and there, though it is not nearly as bad now as it once had been. (I remember when AS did not air an entire episode of Outlaw Star because of self-censorship. And it was one if the series' better episodes.) If Made in Abyss is good enough, I may try to find the DVD and re-watch it. I've done that before with some series.
