It looks like Assassination Classroom on steroids. But I agree that the animation looks good.
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.
Not much more buzz about this anime. Wonder where all the hype went?

From what I know, things are getting intense in the Manhwa, so most probably veteran fans are expanding the hype. I watched it personally, it was fine, a bit rushed in the end, but it was not amazing either. Maybe if it gets a second season or if I try out the Manhwa one day, who knows. It is something different, not your typical shounen, particularly visuals. I didn't find the story too deep, but I suppose it depends on tastes. You might enjoy action scenes, though, they are very well animated.
Seriously read "How to Be an Anime Character". It has everything in this show.
Anime is a lot like sex. Done right it's a beautiful act of creation that brings a little more light into the world. If it's sick and wrong... it's even better.
