Technically, Alucard did not make Seras dead. He made her undead. So that counts?
What about Assassination Classroom? The students learn to love and admire their teacher while trying to kill him. I'm still watching this one on Adult Swim.

He shot an unarmed human girl int he chest. If she had turned down his offer of vampirim AFTER that she'd be dead.
Ideally mention some that I didn't. It really is a popular way to make friends in anime.. . even lovers.
Pikachu tried to kill Ash for instance.
