What's a memorable movie? to me it's a relatable movie whose relatability transcends time and leaves you thinking for many days after the movie ended. you could have a different definition of course.
so I will start:
12 Angry Men:
I don't wanna spoil for anyone who might not have watched, but this movie made me more aware of people's biases and of mine. it made me reevaluate the way with which our minds make us believe things and convince us of their truth.
Paradise Now:
I will not say anything about this movie. it just won a ridiculous number of awards and its on youtube, you can watch it for free.
The Matrix:
now I am running the risk of sounding too pretentious but who of us didn't suspect whether we're living in a simulation after that film. not to mention it was a monumental movie on many fronts.
The Last Samurai:
despite the historical inaccuracies, this movie is one I never get tired of. and probably my favorite Tom Cruise Performance.
