hitori de kakaekonde
is translated as
you are always embraced only by yourself.

If you look at the explanation in weblio, I don't think kakaekomu has this meaning. It can mean (1) carry in one's arms, (2) keep something to yourself, or (3) take on the responsibility for something.


In context I think the lyrics mean the last one. Maybe render it something like,
you take it all on by yourself.
Hence the later line fits in better, "at times, take it easy".
