Reuben Klamer is dead at the age of 99.

Klamer is the inventor of The Game of Life. Has anyone here never played The Game of Life. It was a bit short on strategy. The only real decision players have to make is to whether or not to go to college. Still it was not a bad way to spend the afternoon.

He also designed the phaser rifle used in the original Star Trek.

I should point out that Powell had Parkinson's Disease, and a form of blood cancer which shuts down the immunity system. Though he had the vaccine, it would not help someone as sick as he was. Also, he was overdue for the booster. Actually, too sick for the booster. So if anyone is using this as an excuse to avoid the Covid vaccine, think again.
