I've taken a look at the available material https://utaten.com/lyric/Changin%27+.../ETERNAL+SNOW/ https://www.uta-net.com/song/16355/ and it appears to show that while there is a line missing, it is "Hold me tight…　I love you…", which I have appended onto the romaji and translation. As you can see, it's very important to cross-check these things before adding or replacing lines.
