I forgot about Touche Turtle. Isn't that the voice of Wally Cox, who also did Underdog?
I don't know much about the character, and he has been revived, but the original Flip the Frog seems to have once been popular.

Nope, Touche was voiced by Bill Thompson, who is most famous for voicing Droopy.
