Im making dumplings, well made didn't want to touch my phone with raw meat hands.
I had a homemade mega taco/burrito thing for lunch.
I am eating Skittles.
My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
Asparagus and cheesy flatbread.
I just ate a Freschetta 4 cheese pizza.
To be specific, unhealthy junk. lol

I'm practicing fasting more often so I'm not eating anything for the rest of today.
I just ate a large fry from Mcdonald's and 2 crispy chickens from Wendy's.
Today I had scrambled eggs with bacon and some sauteed spinach for breakfast. For lunch I had the green goddess salad from Panera with an apple. Tonight I'm only having tea and I had some chicken broth.
I was eating Cheetos and downing a soda a second ago. What-whoa-wait!! I should be in bed right now, not up late!! See ya!!

I am not eating until after I get to work. We have a weigh in today. For every pound we've lost we get 5 dollars.

I just ate two strawberry grain bars and a chocolate granola bar.
Broke my fast today with some fried chicken. I wasn't very hungry but it was getting hard to cope with the effect on my breath and the sour taste in my mouth. There is a remedy I want to try next time but I need to get the ingredients for it.
Today I had:
4 strawberries
4 blackberries
A rotisserie chicken dark quarter
2 oz chicken breast
2 bacon strips
1 cup lettuce
1 tbsp ranch dressing
and 4 oz mashed cauliflower
All eaten in one sitting because I'm doing one meal a day type fasting.
I'm so excited that I have my next 3 days of food lined up, too. That's probably a dumb thing to be excited about but hey...
Im eating myself potato chips cheese flavor lol
Some speck slices and grilled tiny onions. Don't feel like cooking today.
I finished two onion and garlic burgers with tomato/basil jack cheese and ranch/hot sauce.
