I think they just forgot to add the picture they wanted rendered. From what I gather it doesn't matter so long as it is an anime girl gifting chocolate to someone.

I haven't rendered anything in a long time, but I'll see what I can do.

EDIT: I sent you a message with some links. Please pick which one you like the most. Otherwise if you could link me the image you wanted originally, it would help. 99% of the images I found had the anime girl facing forward, not to the side as you requested.
